Applicants must be Pakistani citizens aged 14 years or older, holding a valid CNIC or B-Form. Some courses may have additional education or documentation requirements, stated on the course page.
Course access, the learning management system (LMS) and certification carry no tuition fee for eligible students. Registration requires accurate personal and educational information; incomplete or inaccurate applications may be rejected.
Every enrolled student is eligible for the physical Digital Rozgar Card. Producing and delivering this card — including document verification, card production, and tracked courier delivery — carries a one-time charge of:
This amount is shown in your application before any payment is made. Your card is shipped via courier with a tracking number, and an activation code you enter into your student portal to unlock benefits.
If your application is rejected after payment, or your card is not delivered due to an error on our part, the card issuance charge will be refunded in full. Refunds are not issued once a card has been delivered and activated, except where required by law.
Core card benefits — your verified student identity, certification pathway, and access to 15,000+ partner outlet discounts — apply to every activated card holder. Additional rewards such as laptop scheme eligibility, scholarships and cash prizes are awarded based on eligibility, performance and available quotas, and are not guaranteed to every applicant.
Students are expected to engage in training honestly and respectfully. Falsified documents or impersonation will result in removal from the program without refund.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
